Getting started
Start with a home setup visit.
A one-time $199 home setup visit, plus any applicable travel adjustment, includes a walkthrough of up to 90 minutes, your home profile, and an initial maintenance plan.
Pay for the setup visitAlways clear before work begins
Materials, additional service time, and outside professionals are charged separately with your approval. Extra time during a scheduled visit is $100 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments. Membership does not include emergency response.
